Policy & Agreement:

• Design Proof & Revisions: Orders include up to three (3) digital design proof revisions. Additional proof revisions requested after the third iteration will incur a design fee per revision.
• Non-Refundable Deposit: Custom artwork and design deposit fees are strictly non-refundable once the initial digital proof has been prepared
  and delivered to the client. Any remaining deposit is refundable prior to the start of physical production.
• Proof Approval & Production: Burning and physical creation commence only after formal approval of the digital proof. Final approval confirms layout, text, and design details. Any remaining balance is due before production can be started.
• Handmade Craft Variance: Natural wood grain variations, knot structures, and hand-burned artistic nuances make each item uniquely one-of-a-kind.
• Returns/Refunds: No returns/refunds will be provided for custom products.
• Shipping:  Orders will only be shipped insured. Because Works of Fire, LLC cannot control courier handling beyond shipping via the client’s preferred method, it is recommended to place shipped orders with extra time for courier delays. Items damaged in shipping have the option to be refunded or remade as quickly as possible without compromising quality.
